Appointment Policy

Our goal is to provide quality medical care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an Appointment Cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy for Appointments

We understand that there may be times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family.  However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment.

Please call us at (562) 697-6733 by 12:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations.  If  prior notification is not given, you will be charged a $25 fee; this will not be covered by your insurance plan.

Scheduled Appointments

We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other patients and doctor on time.  If a patient arrives 15 minutes past their scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment.
